Safety standard for electric screwdriver cables

The safety standards of smart electric screwdriver cables involve many aspects, and the following are some key safety standards:     

1. Specification for Construction and Acceptance of low-voltage electrical appliances in electrical installation Engineering (GB50254-2014) : This specification stipulates that the insulating gasket in the arc extinguishing room should be intact and the arc channel should be unblocked; Contact pressure, opening distance, breaking time and insulation resistance between the quench chamber support screw and contact after the adjustment of the main contact shall meet the requirements of the product technical documents.   

2. The wiring regulations of DC fast circuit breaker: when connected with the bus, the outlet terminal should not bear additional stress; When the contacts and coils are marked with positive and negative polarity, the wiring should be consistent with the polarity of the main loop; The control line should be separated from the main circuit when wiring.   

3. 3Installation of switches, isolators, isolators and fuses: shall comply with the requirements of product technical documents; When not required, it should be installed vertically, and the static contact is located above. The incoming power cable should be connected to the static contact terminal above the switch, isolator, and isolation switch, and the outgoing power cable should be connected to the terminal on the side of the contact knife.     

4. 6.  Specification for installation and acceptance of relay protection and secondary circuit (GB/T50976-2014) : For strong current circuit, the core section area of the control cable or insulated conductor should not be less than 1.5mm², and the core section area of the conductor in the screen cabinet should not be less than 1.0mm²; For weak circuits, the core section area should not be less than 0.5mm².   

7. Requirements for wire connection: contact resistance should be approximately equal to the original value; Mechanical strength is not less than 80% of the original; Good insulation, good corrosion resistance; Tight wiring, beautiful technology.
